Katherine Webster, P.E.
Katherine began her career working in the private sector as a project engineer working on multi-level buildings, tenant improvements, bridge and road construction. After ten years in civil construction she went to the public sector to work for the City of Placerville. While at the City she worked closely with Caltrans Department of Local Assistance and local stakeholders to move federally funded projects into construction.
In 2017, Katherine began Webster Engineering to provide Civil Engineering Services as a consultant. Since then she has teamed with a variety of firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection services on numerous bridge and roadway projects in California.
Katherine has been a registered civil engineer since 2007 (#71406) and is a QSD/QSP (CASQA Certificate #20189)
